Equipment
Our clubs provide you with top of the line equipment, from brands like FreeMotion, Hoist Roc-It, Hammer Strength, Nautilus Nitro, Star Trac, and Stairmaster. We are constantly keeping up with the industry and bringing in the newest and coolest machines. And for all those old-schoolers out there, we've got dumbbells up to 160lbs and a power lifting platform. When you're at Fitness System, you'll find just what you need to get the best workout.
Aerobics
We pride ourselves on building a great and multi-dimensional aerobics program, covering many facets of fitness. From Zumba to Aqua Aerobics to Step to Yoga, we've got it all. And our classes are always FREE with your membership; no sign-up sheets or tickets.
Pool & Spa
Do some laps or try out our Aqua Aerobics classes in our full-sized swimming pool! And after along workout, take a dip in the spa to relieve those sore muscles.
Basketball & Boxing
Shoot hoops or join a pickup game on our basketball court. Just outside, near the pool, you can find our boxing setup. Heavy bags, uppercut bags and speed bags are available to you.
Childcare
The kids can have fun while you work out! Our childcare is included in your membership and available weekday mornings and evenings and Saturday mornings. We've got games, art supplies, movies and video games to keep our Fit Kids entertained.

Fitness System is a family of health and wellness enthusiasts. Don't be surprised to see a fellow Fit Fan sporting our shirts around town! We've proudly sponsored athletes and local sports teams, and actively participate in community events!
